Enabling the rights of data subjects is perhaps one of the most important aspects of GDPR. In this video we talk about how we have done this.
The three basic steps are:
1. Tell people about their rights
2. Enable them to take action
3. Have processes in place to support rights
We talk about how we cover all the mandatory rights within the GDPR including: Erasure, Rectification, Access, Portability, Objection and Complaint.
