We are very pleased to announce that Gydeline Ltd is now a Certified B Corporation®. This means we have finally captured our core ethos in an internationally recognised certification. We have always been focused on people and togetherness but this certification also shows we meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
Since meeting Matt from Leap, we began to think more about what is core to our business and our place in the world, who we’re doing this for and how we show, measure and prove that we are holding ourselves to the highest standards.
Our aim is now to provide services and technology to individuals and organisations to help them meet their own sustainability goals. Being a Certified B Corp we feel gives us an even better chance of doing this and reaching more people. We’re now part of a movement of over 3,500 B Corporations from around the world – all with the same goal of achieving a better balance between the needs of the planet, people and prosperity.
Alongside our Certified B Corp status and its related community, we are also aligned to the UN Sustainable Development goals. This means we are working towards things such as reduced poverty, access to education, innovation, better quality jobs and a healthier environment.
